For almost a decade, I immersed myself in the world of infertility, overcoming countless challenges along the way. From diagnoses and multiple IVF procedures to the loss of a twin and surviving a life-threatening ectopic pregnancy, my resilience led me to the incredible gift of two beautiful children. But the most awe-inspiring event was yet to come—a pregnancy achieved without any intervention and the birth of our third precious miracle.

Throughout this transformative journey, I delved into extensive research, embracing dietary and lifestyle changes, eliminating toxins, and harnessing the power of acupuncture to foster mind-body harmony. It is from this personal odyssey that my passion and expertise as a certified fertility doula have emerged.
